Goal – to find the friendliest and most active car club.

Memel Automuseum supports this initiative by gifting a private tour to the winning club – for a group of up to 30 people. This is a unique opportunity to organize a club team-building event! 🙂

REGISTRATION

Clubs wishing to participate in the championship must register by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. no later than July 21.

The application must include:

• Club name
• Contact person responsible for coordinating the club’s participation
• Contact person's phone number

Attention! If fewer than 3 clubs register, the championship will be cancelled.

Club Requirements:

• The club must have a name and emblem
• At least 4 club members and the club president must participate
• The club does not need to be legally registered – informal groups are welcome

The best club will be determined based on the total points accumulated across all stages, including bonus points for participating in additional activities.

The official award ceremony will take place on July 26 at 19:30.

STAGES & POINT SYSTEM

STAGE 1 – Tire Changing Relay
📅 Date: July 24, 20:30
📍 Location: Burnout Zone, Aerodrome
👥 Participants: Min. 4 club members
🚗 The club brings one car of their choice

Task:
The first two members run to the car, remove the front (driver side) wheel, and carry it back to the start line, where the other two members take it and run back to the car to reattach it. The car is then lowered, and all members run back to the finish line.

⏱ Time is recorded from start to the last member crossing the finish line.

STAGE 2 – Virtual Racing
📅 Date: July 25, 12:00
📍 Location: Bider.lt tent
👤 Participants: 1 per club

🎮 Platform: Assetto Corsa
🛣️ Track: Nemuno Žiedas
🕹️ Setup: Logitech G29
🚗 Car: All players use the same American car

Driving order will be determined by lottery. Each participant gets 3 practice laps and 3 timed laps. The best lap time counts.

STAGE 3 – Burger Grilling Contest
📅 Date: July 25, 14:00
📍 Location: BBQ Alley
👨‍🍳 Participants: Up to 4 grillers + club president (does not grill but judges others)

🔧 Clubs must bring their own grill, charcoal or briquettes, all tools, and ingredients.
⚠️ Ingredients must be raw (except ground meat and sauces, which must be ready to use and stored in non-transparent containers). There must be enough burgers to serve one per participating team.

🔥 Grilling starts exactly at 14:00 – from the moment the fire is lit.
🍔 Burgers must be presented for judging by 14:50 – late entries will not be evaluated.

Judges:

• Kristupas Krivickas, organizer of Lithuania’s 3rd BBQ & Grill Championship “Fire Talks, Smoke Whispers 2025” – Evaluation criteria: Presentation, Degree of doneness, Juiciness, Taste.

👥 Participants: All club members (the more the better), up to 3 cars

Task:
Creatively present your club – its activities, members, goals. You’ll also answer 3 questions from the host.

Judged by: “Best Of Show” jury

Points from other club presidents:

• For the best-decorated club parking area – each foreign club president awards 100 points to their favorite (cannot vote for their own club).

Points for participating in side activities:

✅ Participation in these activities is recorded on a special card, which is handed to the club’s representative and must be returned to Aleksandras Palivonas before Stage 3 starts.

PENALTIES & RULES

Teams may be disqualified for unfriendly behavior toward other participants or organizers.

Final results will be considered official and not subject to appeal.
