American Spirit 2025 Conditions of Participation

- The rally features cars and motorcycles from traditional American manufacturers.
- The participant makes a monetary contribution to the organisational fund.
- The organisers have the right to refuse registration without explanation.
- The safety of the car/motorcycle is the responsibility of the participants.
"AMERICAN SPIRIT PARTICIPANT IS CONSIDERED A CANDIDATE:
- Submitting the registration form on time and sending 2 photos of the car/motorcycle
- Having made a timely contribution to the organisational fund
- Included in the list of participants
ORGANISING FUND
"The American Spirit Rally is a non-commercial, non-promotional event. It is a gathering of like-minded people and is financed by funds raised by the participants themselves and deposited into the Organising Fund.
Registration for the event will start on 2025-06-01 and will run until 2025-07-13
The participant package includes a metal participant plaque (for the first 250 cars, one per car), 3 parties, event merchandise;
If you arrive without pre-registration, you risk not being able to attend the event or not getting the event merchandise. On the day of the event, the ticket price goes up!
Only after the payment has been received is the participant added to the list of participants.
The amount is a minimum, but you can help the event by contributing more. Your donation will help to make the event even more interesting and of higher quality.
Participation fee:
Special price – only €60 for car registration (includes the car and the driver). On the event day – €70
Additional passengers over 12 years old – €40 / person. On the event day – €40
Children under 12 – free
Cancellation of participation:
In case of cancellation you should expect a refund:
If cancellation occurs between the 90th day and the 50th day before the event, 70% of the registration price will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs between the 49th and 11th day before the event, 50% of the registration price will be refunded.
If cancellation is made between the 10th day before the event, only 30% of the registration price will be refunded.
No refunds for no-shows without cancellation.

"AMERICAN SPIRIT PARTICIPANT COMMITS TO:
- Follow the instructions of the organisers.
- To move in the event areas, expo areas only with a "traffic control officer" appointed by the organisers. Park your car in the designated area.
- Follow the instructions published in the American Spirit newsletter. The bulletin is published on www.americanspirit.lt and is available with the event stickers.
- No wheel spinning (burn out) during the parade!
- Observe the traffic rules of the Republic of Lithuania.
AMERICAN SPIRIT PARTICIPANT IF POSSIBLE:
- Decorate the car with flags
- Wears American-themed clothing in the car
TRANSPORTATION PASSES
Vehicles are only allowed in the event area with special stickers:
PARTICIPANT STICKER - given to all properly registered participants. Participant sticker is available in two types with and without number.

ADVERTISING
The presence of branded cars at the event and promotional activities during the event are subject to the permission of the organisers. The organisers reserve the right not to allow branded cars to enter the event area without permission.
