Important information about the application process

• Submitted applications are reviewed within up to 5 business days.
• Once approved, we will send you an invoice for payment.
• The invoice must be paid within 3 days.
• After payment is received, we will send a confirmation email with your participant number.
  Registration is then considered complete.

⚠️ If payment is not received within 3 days, the application will be cancelled without prior notice.
