American Spirit 2023 Grand Parade - Cruising

This year we have a special treat in store for us - the Big Parade - making the cruise truly BIG. Druskininkai Municipality has given us an exclusive opportunity to move through the town in a continuous column for two hours.

The circle can be followed until the end of the parade at 18:00.

RULES

This year, American Spirit Cruising is inviting all participants' cars.
The cruise will take place on Saturday 16.00-18.00.
All cars must have an AS Participant Pass, mounted prominently on the inside of the windscreen.
Several cruise hosts will be available to you during the evening. Failure to comply with their instructions may result in immediate withdrawal of your Participant Pass and expulsion from American Spirit.
This cruise is authorised by the municipality and the police and special rules apply. Drivers and passengers are advised to be aware of and observe the following instructions. The organiser and the police are committed to ensuring that no accidents occur during the cruise and if you do not comply with the rules, you risk being penalised.
Common sense and normal traffic rules apply.
The maximum speed limit is 30 km/h.
It is forbidden to ride on the bonnet, roof, luggage compartment or sit on the backrest of the rear seat.
Every person in the car must have a seat.
The driver is primarily responsible for passengers and cargo.
No "burn out" is allowed. A burn out will result in immediate dismissal from the cruise and cancellation of the American Spirit pass.
Caravans and trailers are prohibited.
