American Spirit 2026 Participation and Registration Rules
General Provisions
- The event is open to vehicles and motorcycles from traditional American manufacturers only.
- Participation is possible only after making a financial contribution to the organizational fund.
- The organizers reserve the right to refuse registration without providing additional explanations.
- Each participant is personally responsible for the safety of their vehicle or motorcycle during the event.
When a Candidate Is Considered an “American Spirit” Participant
A candidate is considered an official participant only when all of the following conditions are met:
- The registration form is completed on time;
- 2 photos of the vehicle / motorcycle are submitted;
- The organizational fund contribution is paid on time;
- The participant is included in the official participant list.
- A participant is added to the list only after the contribution has been received.
Organizational Fund
“American Spirit” is a non-commercial, non-advertising event created as a gathering of like‑minded people. The event is financed exclusively through participant contributions paid into the organizational fund.
Registration period:
- from June 1, 2026
- until July 19, 2026
Special registration:
- December 31, 2025, from 12:00 to 24:00
Participant Package Includes:
- A metal participant plate (for the first 250 vehicles, 1 per vehicle);
- 3 parties;
- Official event merchandise.
- Arriving without prior registration may result in refusal of entry or not receiving event merchandise.
Participation Fees
New Year Special Registration (2025‑12‑31)
During the New Year special registration, participants may:
- Choose a preferred participant number (if available);
- Specify a name or nickname to be printed on the participant number (US‑style aluminum license plate);
- Order custom T‑shirts with the participant number and vehicle image.
- T‑shirt price: €15 per unit
- These additional options are available only during the New Year special registration.
- Vehicle registration (vehicle + driver): €60
- Additional passengers aged 12+: €40 per person
- Children under 12: free of charge
Registration until 2026‑06‑14:
- Vehicle registration (vehicle + driver): €60
- Additional passengers aged 12+: €40 per person
- Children under 12: free of charge
Registration until 2026‑07‑19:
- Vehicle registration (vehicle + driver): €70
- Additional passengers aged 12+: €50 per person
- Children under 12: free of charge
On the Event Day:
- Vehicle registration: €80
- Additional passengers: €50 per person
Participation Cancellation Policy

Refund policy:
- 90–50 days before the event – 70% refund;
- 49–11 days before the event – 50% refund;
- 10 days or less before the event – 30% refund;
- No‑show without cancellation – no refund.
Additional Support
The specified contribution amount is the minimum required. Participants who wish to further support the quality and development of the event may contribute a higher amount.
Participant Obligations
An “American Spirit” participant agrees to:
- Follow all instructions provided by the organizers;
- Move within expo and event areas only accompanied by an organizer‑assigned traffic marshal;
- Park the vehicle only in designated areas;
- Follow information published in the American Spirit information bulletin (www.americanspirit.lt);
- Burnouts are strictly prohibited during the parade;
- Comply with Lithuanian traffic laws and regulations.
Participant Recommendations
When possible, participants are encouraged to:
- Decorate vehicles with flags;
- Wear American car culture themed clothing.
Vehicle Access Permits
Access to the event area is permitted only with special stickers:
- PARTICIPANT STICKER – issued to all approved participants (with or without a number);
- SUPPORT STICKER – issued to organizers, vendors, special and support vehicles, and pre‑approved guest vehicles.

Advertising and Branding
Participation of vehicles displaying brand logos or conducting promotional activities during the event is allowed only with prior organizer approval.
The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to vehicles with advertising elements that have not been pre‑approved.
